Project overview

Background

The Saudi market is the largest in MENA and so as the need for products from around the world including the largest exporter on the planet which is China. So providing shipping services from China to Saudi is super needed.

Problem

The business was already having recurring orders but only through unprofessional and unscalable ways like on chat platforms. Users had to start a chat to handle any requests, ask, or follow up on pending orders which with rising requesting started to be a pain.

Goal

Sourcing China had a clear goal. which is to attract all their customers to adopt the website instead of chat platforms like WhatsApp or others. So It has to be simple and intuitive.
