In sometime in the year of 2015, as a 16 years old kid. Being passionate and curious back then, I loved delving into whatever topic that come to mind. When I think of anything. I look for it throughout the internet until I know for sure what is it and why it’s there and how to deal with it. that’s why I loved learning about philosophy, religion, and pop science. I was also fascinated by tech and design and their new trends. I chose to pursue my education in computer science. I loved code. I learned so many things about it, but something inside me urged me to learn more about design, Code was a good engine for making change, but design was a way of perceiving life.

Product ownership: I firmly believe that a strong sense of ownership is crucial for me to create a successful product in any product company. Without a deep sense of ownership, I may lack the motivation, commitment, and passion necessary to go above and beyond.

‍Communication: Humans are communicative and social creatures. Moreover being in the design industry needs 10 times more interest in communication.

‍Driving change: I believe that being part of the change is being part of existence.

I appreciate from time to time learning about

• AI and its applications and it’s way of shaping the future, and building automated solutions for my workflow and boosting my productivity
• Marketing and business as a channel for self development and a curiosity for understanding the startup ecosystem in MENA region and in the world to reflect it on any possible future business I may run.
• Philosophy and its motivation to question the world and deepen our knowledge about life through asking questions
• Trying new experiences as a continuous way of having curiosity and passion for being alive, that’s why I love trying and living new experiences
• Interior design and its ability to shape human’s perspective of life and shape how they behave. Seeking the purpose of being better versions of themselves. I see every community prosperity and happiness depends on how roads, cities, and homes are designed.

Ever since I was in high school, I have always wanted to change the world. My conception of what that change would look like has evolved over the years, but the drive to make a difference has never faded. I see having an impact as a way of finding value in the world. By making an impact, you empower others to embrace change in their lives and in turn, gain a sense of self-worth by realizing your own value.

I started making impact in college when I joined voluntary teams to help in

• Organized free offline lite courses of up to 5 different fields for college students.
• Publishing online content to help students in their future career and academic pursuits.
• Bringing tech experts to students in meetups and events to spread knowledge and awareness in CS fields

Now after finishing my college

• I started to work on personal projects/plugins to help spread knowledge and utility check Figma
• Speaking about career, design, and tech in
  “From inside - من جوا السيستم” podcast which I co-founded

I spent most of my first three years in digital product design in Saudi companies, Most of them in early stages. I created their digital products from scratch. I spent most of my career working in teams of a one. which helped me gain broader skillset, foster communication with other stakeholder, develop techniques to handle different contexts and to boost productivity, and lastly being able to be a self-sufficient designer.
